For Hope Growth & Opportunity
by Frank Schipula
There are thousands of businesses and organizations, each with a specific purpose or goal. Some have weathered the economic
storms that confronted them and others have struggled or have failed. What makes the difference between the ones
that are succeeding, the ones that are struggling, and the ones that are failing?
When analyzed, success and failure are often not true "business failures" but "people
failures". The people makeup within the organization has the most impact on success and failure. Successfully
maneuvering through economic storms takes planning and implementing of a success-driven business-plan. However, with
out the human-essence seeking hope, growth and opportunity the organization will not survive.
Lack of experience, courage, and belief in oneself are just part of the equation that leads to failure.
If the organization is driven by self-indulging characteristics like fame, fortune or power they sooner or later
will fail. Once there is no more hope, growth and opportunity for fame, fortune, or power, the human-essence
is lost and the organization fails. True longterm success lies within the act of seeking hope, growth, and
opportunity in something greater than oneself. When the culture of an organization is driven by positive character-building
strategies, true longterm success will prevail.
How does one transition the non-productive human-essence into a productive one?
First, understand that numerous reasons dictate why one should consider being part of an organization.
The first and foremost however, is the orgainizations business practices. People are naturally drawn
to organization that exhibit good-natured practices. Employees, customers, and business associations are willing
to go the extra mile if they are associated an morally ethical organization. Building an organization
around Christian Business Practices, and you will have a greater impact on a larger audience of people interested
